The manager there is horrible I bought trailer in bowen island the paper work was filled out with blue ink but looked purplelish in the light like most ink pens do they wouldn't process the paper work ,i went to the next closest insurance place they had no problems processing and said nothing about it. This has been my insurance place for 10 years living in pitt meadows. Never will go again!

Terrible customer service from the lady agent. Not sure why is she working there if she doesn't like her job? The service was that bad that I had to leave and go somewhere else.
