Last week, I ordered a book for my course from them and they said it would take about a week to get here from Korea. They also told me that they would call me when the book arrives.
Today, I called them to check if the book has arrived yet and they said the order has been canceled. Unfortunately they never updated me the process and now I have to find other ways to get the book.
Things can happen and I understand the situation, but they just have bad communication..
