I had an excellent experience dealing with Travis and Adele in securing the new vehicle replacement coverage. Travis initially provided me with the information and a 14-day quote. I was glad that his approach was friendly, respectful and considerate of my time in order to review the plan. When I called to purchase the protection, a few days later, I dealt with Adele who was so prompt, helpful and very attentive. The whole process was seamless and the paperwork was completed quickly with her online assistance. She even called Mode Insurance Services to ensure I received an invoice for my payments. It was a pleasure to deal with both of these professional insurance representatives.

Always excellent customer service by all employees. Java handled my Home Insurance shopped for the best company to get me the best coverage went above and beyond in every aspect with a time sensitive deadline and kept me on track with the support of the other staff on his days off...Great team work to all. I also get my Car Insurance there Kelly is my agent always a pleasure to deal with her great customer service best place around for best service above and beyond. Thank you everyone.

Angie Lynn is my agent and I would like to share how very impressed I am with the overall service I received today. I received a text today reminding me about renewing my insurance. She told me she could renew everything from her end and simply email me the documents to e-sign. In today's age of technology, I should not really be surprised or impressed with this, but this was actually the first time I did not go into an office to renew in person. Wow, right! A simple but important task of renewing insurance seems more like a chore than anything, but today it was completed in a matter of minutes and a month early! Thank you for doing the work and keeping me up to date with my insurance. Having someone as professional and responsible as Angie taking care of my business is a true and appreciated service. Thank you!!

My review is about the professionalism, or lack of one, while handling phone calls. I try to be articulate and clear when asking questions on the phone. I had a few serious inquiries about auto insurance including premiums and other concerns regarding a new driver, myself. I was met with a condescending attitude like “oh here we go one of these teenagers again”. I was told basically I couldn’t be a primary driver, go on my parents insurance but very rudely. The man on the phone didn’t bother to actually find out I’m a grown professional 30 year old woman. I called another insurance place who answered my questions with accuracy, respect and I did my business with them. I purchased a used vehicle yesterday and set my insurance with the other company. They explained I can have my own insurance but simply pay the learners premium and be the primary driver. So due to the disrespect, condescending attitude and assumptions made about me as a human I took my business elsewhere

Called to ask questions about private insurance options. Was told I needed to come to store to get a quote. When I went in and they answered the same question I asked on the phone in 10 second. They are just using this as a way to get people in to say they cant cover you with private insurance and expect that since you have driven all the way to them you will just buy the insurance from them anyways. Not very ethical way to do business left and took my business to someone else. Dont like there sales tactics.
