We bought our first car in BC from Zagros Motors. Frank was so helpful during the process. We knew exactly what car we wanted and it was a very fair price here. There was one small issue with a wheel we noticed on our test drive but Frank was able to arrange to get it fixed one same day at no extra cost to us. Even after purchasing the car, we went back to Frank to get winter tires and he gave us a great deal! Would highly recommend buying a second hand car here. Frank was totally upfront during the whole process, it was very smooth and we felt we had got a fair deal as first time buyers in Canada.

I've bought several used cars over the years, and none of those other dealers were as relaxed and forthright as Frank at Zagros Auto when I picked up my 2011 Jeep Patriot. There was no hard-sell or unsubtle hint that if I didn't buy right away I'd lose the opportunity. Frank simply pointed out known flaws in the car, answered my questions, left me alone to inspect, and then gave me the key for a test drive. Wow! Frank just wanted me to be happy with the car at the price he was offering. He replied honestly when he did not know the answers to my questions. He treated me with genuine respect. I was also super impressed by the efficiency with which he arranged financing and insurance the next morning. Faster and more convenient than the large car dealerships I've done business with! I've now driven the Jeep for a week (city and highway) and there have been no surprises. Thanks again, Frank!

Comfortable, highly professional and super easy-going service! Thank you Frank for the great experience and an amazing car (2008 Toyota Highlander)! Every step of the car purchasing procedure was clearly explained and carried through at my own pace. This is important for me as a customer to take my time when examining the vehicle or understanding the documentation - all of which was clearly and methodically pointed out. I came to Zagros after seeing an ad for a car on autotrader. I was very impressed by its condition and Zagros had the carfax and a report from a third party mechanic inspection they had conducted. They (the brothers/owners Sam and Frank) were very upfront about all of my questions about the condition of the car (such as when a specific part may need to be serviced). Because the car was a manual (and I hadn’t driven a manual since driving school 5 years ago) Sam accompanied me on my drive, which was very kind of him. Their insurance agent (Jackie) was also very professional and upfront about the details of our insurance plan. Frank also hooked me up with a nice warranty! If you are looking up this business from autotrader, keep in mind there are actually more cars on the property than are listed on the ads. So you might find something else. They don’t sell junk here (my car was on the more affordable side, but in very good condition). I’am very happy with my purchase. Thank you guys.
