Sid helped me from Sales and Jason and Alfie helped me from the Finance team with my new car. Sid is awesome - he answered all my questions, and explained everything with no BS. Really cool guy and he was very very helpful for me to make the best decisions for me. I would recommend him to all my friends that are shopping for cars. Also I appreciated him explaining to my parents detail in a straightforward manner whom have English as a second language. Overall I trust the team and wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

Two words: Nicest Hyundai Dealership! Longer version: Ever since Destination Hyundai shutdown, I have been bringing my 2011 Hyundai Sonata to Lougheed Hyundai. Every single visit, I have nothing but the best experience with them. Car is always returned cleaner and fluids topped off. Monica and her team at service dept have gone above and beyond to help out. Update 2020.12.02: I had yet another wonderful experience yesterday when I brought my car for service. It was only due for oil change, but they also fixed the steering column noise and cleaned my car and due to Covid also sanitized it. Did not charge me extra for anything. This dealership is more customer focused than Amazon! Now my concern is that when I buy my next car and if it is not a Hyundai... I wont be able to get such great customer service.

I've just purchased a vehicle with Salesman Andrew and Financial Manager Jason. Their professionalism and kindness really made my trips to Hyundai Lougheed very enjoyable. To me it felt like they will try their best to go beyond what is needed to have a satisfied customer. On the other hand there was a salesman name Sid(?) who always seems to has his mask off when I visited numerous times and made me uncomfortable seeing him like that
