I want to express my appreciation to Jessica K. for resolving my issue with my car registration which was originally registered under a company name when it shouldn't have been. Even after 8 months had passed since speaking to her about my situation, she was very willing to help me get this resolved and by doing that, she saved me the ICBC fees and a trip to Richmond so I didn't have to deal with the original agent that made the mistake. She went way beyond what I expected. Thanks again Jessica!

Unprofessional and Unqualified Agents(employees). Very disappointed. Employees are very kind, but they don't know what they are doing. BCAA should provide their employees proper training in order to offer better services to customers.
