Great personal service. The folks here have been looking after my parents and my family's home and auto needs for years.

Received great customer service and assistance from several staff members. Big shout out to Patricia, who went above and beyond to help get my auto insurance set up. (I hadn't renewed my license, after first getting it a few years back, and so had lost my discount percentage. She called ICBC and was able to get my discount up to 15%, up from 0%!)

Horrible experience. I went to transfer a vehicle I just bought into my name and the women said she wouldn't do it cause the signature on the transfer paper didn't exactly match the ownership signature. She wanted me to drive all the way back to Poco to get another transfer paper filled out by the owner. I went to the next closest insurance place 2 minutes away and they transferred it no problem in less than 10 minutes. I would avoid this place at all costs.
