Jessica was extremely helpful and brought my insurance down significantly. She's always helpful and friendly. Its refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping you get the best deal.

After hopping around from broker to broker, I finally listened to my boyfriend and checked these guys out. Everyone is awesome. They’re all incredibly kind, helpful and they dress impeccably! Great place.

I had both Dee and Simon help me out. I had called in and Dee answered and she was just so friendly and willing to help me find a plate of my choice. She said one I really liked and I told her and she put it aside for me. She was so happy to do it as well. Compared to brokers at Westland and Apple Insurance who were so rude, Dee was just so wonderful to speak to. When I came to get the plate after work, Simon greeted me with a great smile and asked how he could help me. I told him that I had spoken to Dee earlier, and that I was looking for a set of plates. Simon went to look for the plates and could not find them at first, then he went to Dee’s desk and found the plate that I had liked. Not many brokers go above and beyond for you. But Dee and Simon show exemplary customer Service and I could not be more thankful to have dealt with them. Thank you to the both of you for being so kind. And yes it may be “their job” but I’ve been to other brokers who won’t even smile or bother to be nice and professional. So great job you two !!
