Fast and efficient, staff was very pleasant but they need more room to walk around each other

I usually get all my insurance needs done here, however the past few times I’ve been here my experience has been trash. Since the management changed and employees changed, this place’s service has gone down the drain. The bald East Indian man that works in here likes to put the closed sign half an hour or 45 minutes early just so that he can be off right at 6:30 with no regard to the needs of the clients. I previously gave this place a 5 star but now changed it to 1.

They know what they are doing and they are being very customer orientated. They helped me to renew my plan two months before the new driver factor deployed. I went back there to see if there any option to have discount or not. They are being very informative and thinking about the solution to help me to save money. Eventually, Harsha helped me saved almost 2000 CAD after registering a new plate. I will definitely always renew there if I don't move in the future.
