The Co-operators

I recently renewed my ICBC auto insurance at the Co-Operators Cameron branch. My request was handled by Fariba and Hoda. They were both dedicated, knowledgeable, experienced and patient. There was certain complication to my auto policy due to my out of province driver's license. I bought the car when I still had my out of province DL. Later I converted my DL to a BC license when I settled down in a permanent address; however the auto policy stayed with the out of prince DL. As a result, no agent was able to locate my DL and connect to my auto policy. Prior to the renewal, two other ICBC agencies couldn't identify the mismatch between the auto policy and my DL. One turned me away, while the other only updated my registered address. Hoda and Fariba were on three different calls to ICBC , and drilled down the details of the issue, and found the solution to my case. In separate venues, they were on the phone with the ICBC agents for a total of ~50 minutes, and searched for answers to every possible scenario that we could encounter for the renewal. ICBC agreed to waive all the fees associated to the complication of the renewal. Fariba also discussed with ICBC about the secondary driver - my spouse - who resides out of province, and educated me of the ICBC policy and coverage in different scenarios. In so doing, I was able to make the well-informed decision. I really enjoyed the dealing with Hoda and Fariba, and the Co-Operators office in Cameron, Burnaby. This wasn't the first time that I worked with the Co-Operators broker(s), but definitely the most enjoyable transaction that I have had. Highly recommended!!

I come here very regularly for my auto insurance needs. I've used the two offices in Lougheed Mall including London Drugs and found them to be rather rude and not as knowledgeable. This office is in the strip mall by Red Robin. It is more easily accessible, and doesn't usually have a long wait. The staff can be very helpful dealing with ICBC on your behalf if there is an issue. Good people to deal with.

David and his team at Kilpatrick Insurance & Investments are amazing at organizing the best offers on insurance and investments. My brothers house burned down and gratefull we were able to work with this great team to bring the hosue back to an even better state. Highly Recomend!
