I had so much trouble findjng this place because Google maps dinked me around. Calldd the location and they tried very hard to get me there. Worked with me quickly and seemed to feel bad that insurance was costing me what it did, but BC shot us all in the foot so, not really their fault.

Shelley has been my agent for a very long time. If you need a very helpful person and pleasant experience, ask for Shelley. She’s the best!

Be very careful of who you get as an insurance agent here. At least one of the employees who I have repeatedly been helped by was very nice, helpful, and did her job wonderfully. Every other employee however, I've felt like I've needed to try to explain to them how to do their job, as others have described, I have all of a sudden lost my discount (only for the good employee to come over and fix the problem after me making an issue), or was simply being treated poorly, definitely not like a customer, or have just been given the wrong information, and when I confronted the employee about it, she had no remorse, she just kept repeating that the misinformation is what she had been told.

Very calm and helpful staff during a very stressful mini-crisis situation.

Last month there was an employee at Austin branch who messed up my work which resulted in losing my $254 refund from ICBC the agent had no enough knowledge about ICBC insurance policies and had very bad customer service.But after I discussed the issue with Mr.Johnston he contacted the Austin branch office for me and they took responsibility for their mistake and provided me with $200 Visa gift car and it was less from my actual refund but I’m happy with the service.I would like to say thank you to Mr. Johnston for helping me out to solve this Issues. I changed my rating reviews from 1 star to 4 stars as the Austin branch employees aren’t very friendly otherwise would go for 5 stars. Thank you for the service!
