After having a horrendously poor experience with their auto staff at the Como Lake location 3 weeks ago, my husband and I brought our son here to get car insurance this weekend. What a stark contrast in friendliness and professionalism at this location! We actually felt like customers and not "just another number." Will be back to this location for car insurance in the future for sure. Other locations could learn a thing or two from them here on how to treat customers with respect.

my customer service experience today was abysmal at this insurance agency. The most"senior" auto plan agent I had was rude, short tempered and had zero interest in trying to transfer my insurance. thankfully the next agent at another location was able to accomplish what she refused to even try to do.. I would NOT recommend this insurance agency for your business needs.

They were a pleasure to deal via email and phone with while cancelling my car insurance and converting it to storage insurance at the height of the pandemic, and subsequent purchases of short-term insurance that I needded in person. ICBC rates are crazy but that's no fault of this broker. Special thanks to Kuldeep for her great customer service skills!
