Terrible customer service, given the run around without any consideration for customers or potential customers. I wouldn’t use them if they were the last bank on the planet

They don’t care about their customer. They wasted one hour of my time and in the end they didn’t complete the request and asked to come back!

Simple. HSBC has some of the most exorbitant fees of any bank in Canada. Save yourself the trouble. Go to a bank that actually cares about its customers.

Fast service if you hit the time frame when they are not busy. Spacious location!
