The staff here cant properly service anybody but Koreans. The customer service is grossly bad. They have no clue how to communicate in English. Cause I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody even if they are my enemy

Very unprofessional company, non ethical, I recomend you do not use this place

It is a comprehensive insurance company for Koreans, but it is not for Koreans at all. Last year, I did car insurance here, but I explained it in a dry manner, and they were all short-answered, and if I asked more, it was annoying and very unpleasant. I got insurance here, went to another place, asked about it, and modified it to suit my situation, so I got more than $400 back. This is highly recommended for those who don't ask or ask, and have a lot of money to worry about. (For reference, the person who sold me insurance last year was a middle-aged man who was on the right side of the store.)
