Awesome service, went in looking to change my tires from treadless to something with more grip for rocky roads & the guys over @ Big Grin Bikes found the perfect size to fit my small clearance on my 7-speed. Went out while they fitted the wheels, when I got back the bike had been spotlessly cleaned & fully tuned up. Thank-you so much ☮️😃

As a Senior, I challenged myself with increasingly longer trips riding alone along the Island Coast Highway to Fanny Bay this summer but was concerned I might accidentally find myself stranded on route; "No problem" said Laz "we'll drive out and bring you back" Now that's what I call Customer Service! My wife and I spent a lot of time riding together when we were younger but she had fallen out of the sport over the years and I really missed having her on the trails with me. The awesome folks at Big Grin bikes got her set up with the latest electric mountain bike from Scott and she is back at it and loving it. So grateful to the crew at Big Grin for giving me my riding buddy back.

I bought a bike today! Maybe not that exciting to some , but for me , honoring my Dutch heritage and investing in my health was a great idea. I’ve walked past this shop a few times and today - was parked THE prettiest pearl colored bicycle. Like it was waiting for me . I walked in and was greeted by probably the most enthusiastic staff ever - family operated- and was treated like royalty. Super helpful and friendly. I bought it with no hesitation or doubt. My ride home was an absolute pleasure “grinning” the entire way . Best Monday ever. Thanks Big Grin 🚲🎉

I recently had Big Grin Bikes do a tune up of my bike. The service was quick and friendly. I used the very convenient pick up and drop off service and they had my bike back to me within a couple of hours! I was very impressed and will be taking my business there from now on.
