Extremely happy with the customer service Jacob and his Dad gave me. They explained the best way to sell the truck and the clean up job they did on my truck was amazing. It looked brand new. They definitely went above and beyond to make my sale successful. I highly recommend these two gentleman for any vehicle sale you might have. As I live overseas they made the sale go without a hitch. We first learned of Five Star Auto when we found their advertisement of an SUV that we were really interested in. When we inquired about the car, unfortunately Jake was already taking it on a successful test drive but he understood what we were looking for. A few days later Jake called back with info about a car coming in that he was sure would suit us. When the car was ready for sale he held it for my husband to be the first to look it over and after the test drive Jake had another sale. My husband was very impressed with Jake and Jack's care, forthrightness and prices and found it a pleasure doing business with them. When you're looking for a good used car, go to Five Star Auto because as Jake says, he "won't steer you wrong."

Amazing customer service, amazing prices, Five Star Auto really lives up to it's name! I came from Victoria to look at a car and Jacob made sure it was worth my while. The car I looked at was spotless, he showed me pictures of it all washed and clean the night before and he was still polishing it when I got there right at 9am when they opened. During the test drive Jacob was super friendly, really clear with directions, and very helpful. It's a lovely family run business, and you can't often say this about dealerships but they're very honest and trustworthy. Some good down-to-earth folks. He also sent me the Carfax and mechanical inspection the day before, and had the windshield replaced at 7am before I got there (at no cost to me). It's clear they take their work very seriously and care a lot which is refreshing. I had seen many cars before coming here and had a lot of bad experiences so I'm really glad I found this place. I absolutely love the car I bought, it's in perfect shape and it was an amazing deal. They also have their own garage and car wash so they can fix and clean everything quickly. It really deserves 5/5 stars, the only negative review isn't valid since they're upset that a car sold that they didn't put a deposit on, what do you expect the dealership to do? Not sell a car just because you're interested? I put a deposit down because I knew this car would go fast and I'm glad I did! If you're looking for a great used car at a great price, look no further. It was worth the drive and then some!

I have purchased a couple vehicles from 5 star auto sales...the first 1 i sold and made money after driving for 3 years.. my latest I just asked Jake to keep his eyes out for a vehicle that would be a good fit for my business..I have to say I am very happy with what he sold me and the price was really fair...I would recommend @fivestarautosales to anyone looking for a good deal on a vehicle
