The ladies were pleasant, kind and helpful. I had trepidation about the hurdles of obtaining a BC Driver's License and auto insurance (having recently moved here). Many advised it would be problematic and expensive. I was pleasantly surprised -- it was not the case!

I've never had worse customer service in my life lol. It's hard to explain the long list of delays that went on, but I sat and waited to write a 15min test on the computer. I started my wait at 11am. I paid to write it at noon (says my receipt). I took three 15min bathroom/food breaks. 4:30pm rolls around, the ditzy lady comes up and says we dont allow people to write tests after 4pm.....as I watch another attendant setup up a young man to write a test (it is 4:30pm, you couldn't tell me this at 4?). Absolutely dumb daftness. They also knew I was only visting TODAY from a town far away that has no service place to write the test. Some people!

Went in awhile back to change my payment date, everything was fine payments came out the days I had told them to change it to. But when I came to the last date of my yearly contract it came out way before....so thanks for the missed payment fee and the bank fee oh and the insurance I still am waiting for u to take out again. Maybe actually explain that the payment comes out sooner on the last day of contact, rather then just getting people to sign and shoving them out the door.
