very sturdy bikes, had no problems with them during our ride. we rented for nearly 2 hours because there was really no place or good view to bike around. the guy who helped us that day was very friendly and even changed 3 of our bikes when we found the seats too high. friendly service and staff, appreciate them!

This guy is great to deal with . I took a bike in to get a new tire on my Granddaughters bike and he ended up detaining the bike for free . Super nice

I booked a rental bike 2 days ago for the weekend (total notice of 4 days) and ended up needing to cancel the booking because I need the bike for longer than this establishment's hours and they can't accommodate me. I tried to cancel my reservation but was told I can not have a refund, only store credit, because I did not give 7 days notice to cancel. I physically CAN NOT give 7 days notice because I booked a bike for 4 days later. I was even told that had I given 7 days notice I could have had a full refund. The reason for the 7 day limit is because they reserve the bike for me and lose out on the business if I cancel, but considering I was able to book this bike last minute (by their standards) I would argue that they probably aren't turning customers away right now on my behalf. I would not recommend booking a bike rental from here unless you are 1000% sure you can keep your booking. I gave one star because they do offer a drop off and pick up service which is convenient.

Great service as always. I really appreciate the COVID 19 protocols. It's possible to have a great Osoyoos summer and be safe.
