I would give them more than 5 stars if I was allowed, because Castlegar Kia is amazing! I ran into some sudden vehicle issues, and their Service department was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure all of my issues were taken care of. When it comes to service, knowledge and courtesy, I highly recommend visiting this dealership, and Brian Hawkins specifically! Although I didn't actually go through with my purchase, I will come back and seek out Brian for suggestions. I knew I had to switch from a small, two-door car to a bigger pickup, and Brian had some great insight as to brand reviews, features I didn't know I needed, and coming to a fair deal! Not his fault my trade ended up needing more work then we had originally thought! 5/5. Definitely would recommend
