I would give them more than 5 stars if I was allowed, because Castlegar Kia is amazing! I ran into some sudden vehicle issues, and their Service department was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure all of my issues were taken care of. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family in the future. Thanks for everything!
When it comes to service, knowledge and courtesy, I highly recommend visiting this dealership, and Brian Hawkins specifically! Although I didn't actually go through with my purchase, I will come back and seek out Brian for suggestions.
I knew I had to switch from a small, two-door car to a bigger pickup, and Brian had some great insight as to brand reviews, features I didn't know I needed, and coming to a fair deal! Not his fault my trade ended up needing more work then we had originally thought!
