Worst Customer Service I've ever had. We phoned the day before and asked about insuring a vehicle my son wanted to purchase in Castlegar. He was told to "bring in the paperwork and we'll get you registered, it will only take 15-20 minutes". We drove 6 hours from the coast to purchase the vehicle, and all they could say at the door was "Do you have an appointment, no we can't help you." We called for the manager and never received a call back. I called Westland in Osoyoos at 5:15 on a Friday and they took care of us. RHC didn't seem to care and told us we could try again on Monday. Worst Customer Service Ever. Zero stars is not an option, so I had to give them the 1 star.

Had to get my insurance renewed but showed up only with five minutes left before they closed, but they stayed open and helped me out. Never complained and were amazing. Would definitely come back.

Make sure u understand everything in your policy.

This office is always neat and tidy. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. If there is a situation they are unfamiliar with personally there is a wealth of knowledge among all the staff that whatever the challenge it gets sorted and answered quickly.
