Horrible horrible horrible coustomer service.
Claude (and André Filion) in service is very professional and extra courteous. (I haven't had any major repairs for my 2013 Edge so cannot comment on the quality of the mechanics... so gave 4 stars total ..even though the service counter is 5 star).
Newly renovated. Great customer service, always there to help.
