Chalet Chevrolet GMC Buick

I dealt with the owners son who was fantastic but the owner did the numbers game. I was truly happy with my vehicle in the beginning. After the know my story of being a single woman and moving out of the province I was assured I had an excellent reliable vehicle..... As I was moving to Edmonton AB I called to let him know how poor the fuel mileage was. He agreed it was pretty bad.,..after getting a cross province inspection I was told it needed a tune up rite away. That was $320, then my battery went dead because my window wasn't put in properly so it leaks down by the emergency brake and into my electronics, whenever it rains,....then I check out my battery AND it is 3 years older than the vehicle!!! So I had to have it on a battery charger all winter until I could buy a new battery. Every time it went dead the radio would stop working. I've now bought a brand new battery and now it just went dead while listening to the radio and wouldn't start. Let it sit and it barely started but the radio doesn't work again..... Oh and the rims are horrible.....they would not keep a seal in the winter, so I kept having to air the up. So don't buy used 7f you are a single woman unless you can fix it yourself!!! Thank god I love it or I would be in tears everyday. And I traded in a beautiful Chrysler 300 that I'm sure he made a pretty penny on. If I lived closer I would have returned it. Not a very happy customer to say the least 😤

Great customer service. Kathy gave us all the information on our purchase. Ryan was upfront with the costs of the vehicle, warranty, discounts, and finance costs. I have owned the vehicle for just over a month, and am happy with with the purchase. So far they have gone above and beyond for service requests, and respected my hectic schedule. Kevin is a great business manager. It was a pleasurable purchase experience. I look forward to dealing with their service center for any maintenance I might need in the future.
