I had found a 3 year old Town and Country that I was interested in. I wanted to trade in my Ford Edge for the van, I had the Edge diagnosed at the ford dealership and was told the oxygen sensor had to be replaced which is exactly what I declared during my transaction at Boucherville Chrysler (the dealership took my Ede without inspection). I was told that the van was newly inspected and everything is new and safe to drive, I was also told that the coverage of more than 2000$ would cover me bumper to bumper, wear and tear and accidental. Bought the Van WITH coverage, less than 6 months later, both my headlights burn and I had to get them replaced because they were installed in such a way hat its wires and their box were on the engine blocks and hey had melted! I called them and was denied help and was accused of lying and of trading in a car with a faulty transmission. Few months later, my trunk would fall because the bolts/screws helping to hold it up were broken, and my carseat would not warm up (only in winter time)...took it in to another dealership, and was denied coverage, had to spend out of pocket to change things AGAIN. Never going back there, lack of service but great at selling
