Very unprofessional!! I requested details of a car that i saw online. I told "Julien Jay" via text message that i live very far from the store, so, he gave me an appointment to see and test drive the car on the same day. Few hours later, I finished working in the hospital & I was very tired & drove more than an hour to get in the store. I was greeted by Emmanuelle Daoust at the reception and told me that the car was already sold two hours prior. No one advised or informed me before my arrival & this was very disappointing and upsetting. I feel disrespected.
Nice guys, very good service, I'm planing to change my Accord 2017
and sure I will come to the best service from Honda Boucherville.
