I recently got an awesome GLC 300 from Duval and Ismail who was the sales rep was quite excellent. The overall service was fantastic and the car, splendid. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a Mercedes and there is a very high possibility that I will be buying from them again

After Seeing Countless reviews of Poor service from Mercedes Duval Used Car Sales Team included there Used car sales Manager Martin St Michel. I would not recommend this Dealership for used cars ever. Poor quality of Service and will lie to Mercedes Canada Regarding anything to not pay a fine. It's no problem though I love the services from Mercedes West Island, Great and understanding employees who love their job and actually understand people. Duval Employees will try and be little you and disrespect you. Steve was a good at first but after you by the car you are not importantSo overall Steve is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. I had Issues with Certification Since getting the car. and when I went to Services they even treated the car like it was worthless. They were suppose to change the windshield due to damage from the previous owner (Included in the certification) but however left glue all over the car. (On the passenger and Driver windows, Door handles and Trim.) It's sad they didn't even think about cleaning the car or wiping it off. What's funny is they will use covid as every excuse. However Mercedes West Island is fully Functioning and has earned my family, and my friends family for everything else. My Mom was looking at Stock # J0230 or #K0076 But after careful consideration we will have to go where customer services is actually used and not just a thought. I just received a call from Steve threatening to go to a lawyer about this review. I wasn’t aware freedom of speech was a violation. Also I’m pretty sure google guidelines are if you don’t like the comment to reach out to them not to the customer with threats. Unacceptable behaviour on multiple counts. *updated*

My experience with Kelly Labelle from my first email inquiry until I picked up my new SL was first class. Eventhough I live approximately 2.5 hours away from the dealership I will be buying my next Mercedes from Kelly. Kelly is a true Sales professional.
