Friendly staff, fast service. Personal messages when your car is ready. Usually I have an amazing service with Alexandra she is amazing, I cannot complain she give us updated and she gives all infos regarding our car and whatnot. Unfortunately this week she is on vacation and I am very sorry cause the one who replaced her is giving us the worse service I ever had in a garage. My car is in the repair since last Monday and the lady never called back and never told us what is happening with my car. We had to call her and we tried 4 times before we finally received a call. Plus she never ever offer me a rental car even if the repairs are lasting longer than expected. Now it is a week and still haven't heard back from the service letting me know what is going on. The service is simply aweful next time not sure I would go back there. Unless it is Alexandra who is giving the service because she is really nice and professional. Very dissatisfied, I don't know what is going on after a week....

Went to see a Tucson and was greeted promptly, sales person asked me which car I am looking for. Then he jumped in to discussion about the trade in and all other payment issue without even showing me the car. He started telling me the numbers which was way over then it’s supposed to. What shocked me the most when I told him I did my homework and was telling him about the finance options he was like I am not aware of those terms, I don’t know where you heard this and that from. It’s like he made up his mind that he won’t sell me the car. Probably that’s why he didn’t even show me the car. This was first time ever that I went to see a car and discussed everything including the monthly payment without seeing the car. He was the most unhelpful, un cooperative sales person I have ever met. I did not feel welcomed at all while I was speaking to him, he was in a rush to get rid of me. Not going back there and will advise people to avoid this dealership.
