They are completely ignoring our requests to meet with them about problems we have with the car. Customer service is inexistant after purchase. By the way, a lot of the 5 stars ratings seem obviously fake for the sake of publicity. Why am i suspicious: 1- Most of these accounts have a single review, which is for this business (created for this purpose). They are also suspiciously way too enthusiast, especially considering the rest of the comments. 2- These accounts that give 5-stars have no picture 3- The reviews are, for the most part, 1 and 5 stars, not much in between (which would be expected).

Terrible customer service. Absolutely no professionalism. These people do know the first thing about sales and have no respect towards potential clients. This was a humiliating experience and would never recommend this place to anyone. Excuse me? But what gives you the right to state what I can and cannot afford online? I did not give any names nor did I go into detail. The issue is not what I can and cannot afford. My problem is that your employee discussed my personal credit file in front of other random people when others do not need to know that information because it’s personal. I did not even get the chance to speak about a car because I was being lectured about my credit when I came there specifically because I am aware of my credit rating. My comment was based on facts. Your employee demanded I speak in french when my first language is English and I was unable to get my point across in french. Like I said, I came there to get a car and did not even get the chance to talk about a car. Your employee was also late and I left there humiliated. You’re issue should not be with me.

I bought a Mercedes E350 2011😎 with the beautiful Brigitte! INCREDIBLE service !!! DYNAMIC!!! BEAUTIFUL SMILE ... PROFESSIONAL !!! I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE WITH HER! She found the vehicle of my dreams in less then a week!

I would avoid dealing with these people; Un-professional sales staff and a Manager that refuses to take phone calls when a car that I took possession of around 50 days ago had severe transmission issues. Moreover, when I called to speak with the Manager - the sales rep refused to allow me to speak with him, questioned my mental health and thereafter - hung up (all of the above has a audio recordings as proof backed up with emails). Be very careful dealing with these people.

50 DAYS AFTER PICKING UP THE VEHICLE, THE TRANSMISSION HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE DIED ON ME IN MONTREAL AND WAS TOWED TO VAUDREUIL (AT MY EXPENSE). WHEN TRYING TO REACH THE MANAGER, THE SAME SALES REP THAT I DEALT WITH CALLS ME BACK AND QUESTIONS MY MENTAL HEALTH!!
