I had been served by Jean-Louis Lanthier. After test drive, I decided to purchase Lexus 2017 NX 200t. Through 175-points inspection, all repair had been carried out including the passenger mirror and front brake. I am happy with my purchase. If you visit dealership, ask for Jean-Louis Lanthier.
Not professional and cars are not clean ever!!!
I make an appointment to go test drive a vehicle. I am told that the vehicle will be brought to the La Prairie branch. I arrive at the agreed time but the vehicle is not a. I am told that the driver who brings him from their Ste-Julie branch is caught in a traffic jam and that he will be there only in 1h to 1h30! I come back an hour and a half later. He still hasn't arrived. I learn that they lied to me and that he is not yet part of their Ste-Julie branch. I still have to wait an hour. I obviously left because they say anything. They made me move twice for nothing unable to tell me the truth. They say who steals an egg steals an ox. What other lies can they tell to sell their vehicles?
Best service I received in 28 years of existence. The seller with whom I did business (Frédérick) was really attentive to my needs and worked super hard even if I am very difficult
