My first experience with this dealership and got the worst service in my life. Their cars might be good, the garage maybe is good too, but sales department has no idea about "respect and common sense". I was yesterday there in the evening to see a car. Spent there about 2 hours disscusing abot the price". I said I will come the next day after work to do the test drive.Today in the morning I sent to the agent an email saying that I'm interested in the deal and that I will pass by, after work. I asked them to call me back if there are changes because I asked my boss to leave earlier. During the day I called them to see if our agreement is still good and if I can come to test the car, but every time the reception girls was answering that my agent is busy. I left a few messages on her voice message - no call back. Only after I asked to speak to a manager, the sales agent took my call and said that someone else came today and booked the car. I'm not sorry that I lost that deal, I'm sorry I wasted my time with a dealer that has no "customer service values". They promiss you good service just for to make you sign a deal with them. But in fact they have no idea about what "service" means. I will never go back to that dealer.

Great dealership with excellent service, and also who appreciate the history of Hyundai and their vehicles. Lots of parking and inventory in this very busy and convenient area.
