I went out of season, normally closed in February. Despite everything, the owner welcomed me with open arms and presented the merchandise that I had selected on his website! Wonderful! And you can't know the time he gave me for advice / experiences / tips! A big thank you and very happy to have been part of your first sale of the year!

I love this shop I go there regularly, every year, to do checkup, maintenance and repairs on my bike and those of my family and I always had excellent service! The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful and answer the questions very well! They also have very good advice! I recommend this shop 100%! In my opinion, this is the best bike shop in town!

It was my first time to this store. It is special, there is no reception. All the employees looked me in the eyes and no one greeted me, greeted me, said hello, said a greeting or said that someone would come and see me as soon as I was released. I went to another bike shop in Saint-Hyacinthe to buy a bike. I guess Vélo Saint-Hyacinthe is running on gold and doesn't want new customers ...
