Sold a truck advertised with 177xxx kms through a dealer auction from Quebec to Ontario. The Carproof, (which they had but didn't disclose) and the Carfax both show higher kms proving a rollback situation. It is illegal to falsely advertise the kms in Ontario however Quebec doesn't care. They used this inter-provincial loophole to get rid of the truck by lying about it.
