Terrible, terrible experience. The manager Maphieu Paquette just cancel the deal before the delivery, and he knew that was his mistake, but he did not care about it. he is arrogant, unable to communicate. The only thing he told me was “I can do everything I want” OMG... A manager who represented as Nissan in Canada. So for anyone who will go to his dealer that is my story, good luck all.

They sold me a car and after 2 months, the battery was dead. I call you and said "We cannot do anything"?!?! What a nice battery tests you guys did before you sells a car. Such a poor client service!!

Bought a 2019 Leaf. They reserved the car for me. I arrived 2 hour before appointment and they took care of me right away. Estimated my old 2011 Leaf with a nice price. Financing was ok, I beleive the financing is third party. Got the new car wihin the same day. They even came home to pickup my previous Leaf summer tires and rims. I am a happy customer. Merci.

My partner bought a Nissan Leaf from this dealership, we love the car as it is a very comfortable and cool car to drive, but the service we got from the dealership was very poor. We had to fight a lot for them to match their advertised prices to the car, there was a lot of hidden fees, and a lot of confusion for us and they were never clear. We ended getting what we want. We are still waiting for a 500$ cheque from this dealership as it was advertised with a purchase of a Flo charger. I do not recommend this dealership but i do recommend the leaf. We called many times for our 500$ cheque as advertised and the sales person said to my partner 'that he did not have to answer our questions' and hang up. This is to respond to the reply below to my comment from the owner. We did try to contact you and you completely annoy us. Thank you.
