Best to go somewhere else. They were not helpful seemed like I was an inconvenience on them . Best to go somewhere they appreciate your time and value you as a customer.

Great shop. I purchased a second hand Peugeot bike and it works great. Frederic was very informative and took the time to answer all my questions. He was even kind enough to add additional components free of charge. Finally, we couldn’t fit the bike in my car seeing that I couldn’t remove the tire because break line couldn’t be released. Frederic went above and beyond to get me an Allan key so that I can twist my handle bars in sideways so that it fits. He even let me keep the key. Small acts like this go a long way. Exceptional customer service. I strongly recommend this store.

Great service. I believe it was Matthew (?) that served me. Didn't overcharge for the bike and the price was the same as the retailer's. I saw this bike marked higher in other places, and two other places I went tried to oversell more expensive bikes despite me already mentioning my budget. Service was quick, easy, and was very reasonable. Walked out with a new bike that was exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely take my bike here for repairs from now on also.

Fantastic crew . I had an issue with my road bike and I was around the corner and popped in and they helped me out free of charge because it took only 5 minutes. I have become a loyal customer since and I dont live close by. Always ready to help and the prices are more than fair. Would give 10 stars if I could.
