Nice bike shop. Seams to be well equipped and the staff was quite nice. Went for a flat tire and end up replacing the rear wheel and both tires. So far I liked the job done and the price was as expected.
Slow service (multiple days of waiting for a simple repair); very unsatisfying customer service (was not informed I would be getting a mismatched rim and misdiagnosed a rattling problem for something more expensive); shoddy workmanship (attached an expandable basket with plastic zip ties that broke very quickly after). Have gotten impression they only put in effort for high end bikes. This was for my older mtb.
Amazing job on my bike :) I have some trouble with my gears at the beginning and had to go there to get them fixed but they seem better now. Some problems sometimes. But I’ll get there :)
Great place. Attentive to customer needs.
Fun staff, really helpful, had me up and running in no time while really explaining everything they had to work on. Prices are fair and quality is perfect. 5/5
