Had an appointment for 1:30 today for oil change and tire change for winter. Arrived at 1:10 and signed in. Was old that it could take 2 hours. After thought, I cancelled the oil change because it was done in the Spring. Tire change only. Of course they make you sign a contract for the work to be done except that I did not know that there was an Multipoint-Inspection included that I did not need since I had one in the Spring. I was charged $74.95 + taxes for a useless inspection. Now I'm there 3 hours without knowing when the hell the car will be ready. Got my keys after numerous complaints to get the hell out of there at 4:45 pm. I had important meetings at 4:30. All this to say that I will NEVER return to Gravel Ile-des-soeurs. Service is at its lowest I've ever seen. Why should someone go back to BAD service? STAY AWAY.
