Great service from the sales department. I was especially impressed with the follow up I’ve received after I’ve bought my Honda. The Director of Sales was very accommodating with a request we’ve made after the sale. They really care about their customers.
I am very satisfied with my first car purchase- Honda Civic Lx. I got the best deal for the car, Anastasia (seal person) and manger made my lease process go smooth. They were very friendly and absolutely amazing from beginning to end! I highly recommend Auto Gravel Nuns’ island Montreal location.
Add said good mechanical condition. GM inspection in 150 points. Drove 1h. Motor is banging. Sellsman Told me it was not inspected. Was surprise I would not take it. Check engine Ligth on, brakes too. Will never go back. I only went because I trusted the GM inspectio. It use to mean something
As a very busy person, I didn't have time to shop around from dealership to dealership, but when I contacted Berc Meneyan at Gravel Nuns Island, I was given very professional assistance and he answered all of my concerns which closed the deal for me to purchase my new Cadillac through him. Berc handled my trade in with a fair price with no fussing around. 95% of our communication was done by phone calls, email & texting, which saved me a ton of time. I would definitely recommend Gravel & Berc !!
