Porsche Prestige service and its workers have never disappointed me.
The phones are always answered with no waiting time. Everyone is very polite, respectful and patient. There is no attitude or acting too busy compared to other places that provide car services. It's not my first time going there for purchasing some car parts and getting a consultation from the service department. James and his coworker are very concise and savvy when it comes to the needed knowledge to perform their duties.

Had an issue with my Panamera brought it to Prestige the same day and Carlo Puccio the technical advisor was kind enough to take it for service right away and provided a loaner on the spot. Great service.
My purchase was done online, so I've never been to the dealership.
Vincent was very helpful throughout the process, and arranged the 3200 km delivery with an excellent transporter. His communication was clear and transparent, and all commitments were honored. I can't think of any reason why Porsche Prestige deserves a rating less than 5 stars.
