From my one experience, he seems to be the only person running this thing and seems less organized than there other car rental companies I've dealt with. But he's close to my location and prices are competitive. His cars seems to be a bit older than the competition also...

My favorite car rental agency when I come to Quebec to visit my son. Services used 3 times during summer stays. The prices are very competitive and no unpleasant surprises. The must for Europeans and French who like me prefer a manual gearbox. Very easy access to the agency by a nearby metro station. The manager of the agency and his son provide advice and are very kind, I recommend;)
