In fact, I wanted to give only a quarter of a star!
I had an appointment at 1 p.m. for a callback. I arrive on time, I had a rather ordinary reception. I sat down where I was assigned someone whose name I forgot had to introduce himself to me after several minutes, I knew then that this gentleman who gave me an appointment for 1pm hadn't come back from dinner! I left in a fury and an employee who saw my dissatisfaction did not bother to intervene!
He let me leave without intervening!
When I make an appointment with a person, I have the respect to be present at the appointed time. Respect I give and I REQUIRE IT!
