I just bought a velec electric bike for myself. I can't believe the explanations received, the kindness and the time it took to fully explain the operation to me as well as for the test. Took the trouble to adjust everything to my size and for my comfort. I had a contrary experience at a different address .... I left the bike warehouse with a huge smile and satisfaction. Thank you to the woman who served me, to her daughter and the owner ... to the pleasure

Very bad service, in addition to incompetence with regard to electric bikes. I do not recommend this trade.

No guarantee. Bad quality used bikes. Aggressive owner who refuses to talk calmly. Very disappointed with my experience with this trader
