I had an excellent service with the vendor. The young man was very nice. The 5 stars are for him. The 1 star is for all the hidden fees. I was told there was a 150$ fee to clean the car after the bank approved the loan when i asked the details to price. Then at the dealer i had to pay a 50$ administration fee for ? Something i didnt even bother asking bcus when i asked for the 150$ they just told me this is what it is... charging me cleaning fees and admin fees for 200$ when you buy a 40k$...

If you're not willing to pay full asking price don't waste your time with these "sales people". This is the second time I go see a car at their dealership. Both times I asked if the price was negotiable on the phone before stepping foot in the dealership, and both time they said yes. Upon showing up at the dealership, I made an offer on 2 cars for 5% below asking. Both times the "director" came out and asked me to justify my offer with an arrogant attitude. I have purchased 2 cars from Hyundai Drummondville, This dealer carries a wide inventory of unique cars and brands (not just Hyundai"s).The team is super nice and helpful and very accommodating. Shawn Langlois sold me my last car, and was there to help me make my decision and offer an over above sales experience.Even though the vehicles i bought were not Hyundai's-these guys were able to fluently know all the info and specs. If you are looking for any type of car, i definitely recommend going to this dealer.
