Great services at sell but need more attention on the service dep.
Mauvais service !! J'ai amené mon Dodge sx 2005 pour le faire reprogrammé l'ordinateur , après l'avoir programmée, car je lavais changé. Il me disent que il a partie 1 fois et qu'il ne partais plus! J'ai accepté par téléphone qu'ils passent 1h à travailler dessus pour trouvé le problème... Mais il me rappelle et me disent que il vas me falloir un nouvel ordinateur à 900$😂 je me suis rendu sur place sans leur dire et je voulais voir par moi même car je venais de changer la pièce. Et devinez quoi !! Il m'ont menti! L'auto partais et marchais et çetais juste le sensor à batterie qui étais à changer mais il marchais pareil!😂
En plus de tout ça, la réceptionniste aux service et pièce n'étais pas gentille du tout et ma même rie dans face !!! 😠
Je ne recommande pas du tout!!😤

Poor service, hated my experience at Bernier Crépeau. The salesperson did not know his stuff, the front desk person who he says is from Chrysler Canada is neither polite, courteous, nor respectful in his words. Worse experience at a dealership. I have nearly 15 transactions in different dealerships all over Montérégie and I have never been so poorly served.
Excellent service, excellent staff .... Mr. Karl Lethellier, who served us, did an excellent job, dedicated, as well as Mr. Nicolas, were so dedicated that it was almost embarrassing.
