I leased a 2020 Tiguan Highline in July 2020. At first I wanted a Jetta but then I fell in love with the Highline model of the Tiguan in the show room. I had a budget and sadly it was out my budget. I went home empty handed. The sales representative (Charlie Beaumier) phoned me back within 7 days to accommodate me within my budget. Service was great. I negotiated certain things on certain terms and one of those things were muddy buddy rubber mats. It took 3 months to receive them because of COVID. I moved from Brossard to Drummondville to get served by her because I’ve known her since high school. She’s great. Ask for Charlie ! I LOVE MY CAR !!

I stopped here after my Audi stuttered on the highway and threw a dozen error codes from faulty spark plugs to ignition coils. Pascal at the front desk was very accommodating, taking my car in within five minutes and running through a list of options. After realizing it could be a much bigger issue, he offered other solutions that could help me get to a wedding on time. Ultimately, I was lucky enough to have the car fixed before they closed for the weekend and the experience left me feeling fortunate to have a breakdown near this location. No hesitation saying they did a bang up job getting me back on the road!

i wish i could give a lower rating than 1/5! i had seen a used car they had posted online, price was right for me and the picture was fine...because i was going to drive from Montreal, I called them on a given morning and i was told they still had the car and that i could go see it. Drove for 2 hours to go see the car, but i was told that i couldn't see nor test drive the car because it wasn't inspected and that it wasn't ready for the market. When I told them I had travelled from Montreal they finally let me take the car to the Honda dealership in the area to have it inspected before they even did their own inspection. I gave them a copy of the inspection done by Honda (for which i paid uselessly) and agreed with them (with signed contract) that they would inspect and bring necessary repairs to the car in the following business days and get back to me. The car was to be delivered to me in Montreal upon confirmation from both parties...and that was the last time i heard from this dealership. I won't recommend it, i won't consider them again either. The least they could have done was to call and give me an update or simply say that we can not deliver said vehicle etc etc... *********************** After posting my review, I noticed I was left with the dealerships' phone number so I can call the owner myself...First call resolution is when you ask for the clients contact info so you can get in touch with the client, not ask them to run after the dealership. You're basically saying if he/she doesn't call back, at least I did my part! it's a shame I can't give another review.

Called them to ask about a used VW in their inventory. The first person said she will call me back. The second person said that again. And the third person said the car is sold. But the car is still showing in their inventory and on auto trader. And when I asked again if the car is available on autotrader, they emailed me that they forwarded my email to one of the staff and they will answer me shortly and they did not.
