Silverhill Acura

No pressure sales. Which i like a lot!! They had a good car already priced right so negotiation was easy. I never thought I would buy a used car from a dealer but they made it easy.

My recent service job was a great experience. Not only did Silverhill pick up and return my vehicle right to my house, they also noticed that the rims were bent on my vehicle. Something I was not aware of at the time. Turns out my youngest son drove over a curb that was concealed by snow and darkness. Funny how he forgot to mention that to me... Silverhill has always treated me very fairly and often have gone above and beyond what most people would expect of a car dealer. I would definitely recommend Brian Talbot and Silverhill Acura.

Satisfied with the customer service I’ve received at this location. Staff are welcoming and overall had good experience. Shoutouts to Mike, Jerry, Mark & Elbert for helping me out! The entire process was straightforward. Would definitely recommend. I look forward to working with Silverhill Acura in the future.

I will never go this place again, very bad customer service. I gave my car for service this morning and he says it will take 45 min- 1hour maximum , I was waiting for an hour and 20 min and when I went in and asked him he says it would another 20 min and finally he says if you want take your car just like that without finishing? and he gave the car just like that without finishing. very bad customer service and vehicle service too.....

Went to a few "HONDA" dealerships in Calgary and wasn't taken seriously by any of the sales team (they even had the nerve to asked where the money was coming from) so I decided to go to Silverhill Acura. Right off the hop we were greeted by friendly staff. If you want the best service possible I reccommend asking for Ian.
