Had gone to this location to purchase a vehicle, granted got there on Friday afternoon and staff was pretty dismissive and refused to provide service or take a test drive citing that they are busy. Eventually ended up buying a BMW. I like Lexus as a brand and assume its a reliable brand, just wish the staff weren't that arrogant and more attentive to potential buyers. This was a while ago so no COVID situation was there. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned RX350 from Lexus of Calgary, and Claudia P was so helpful and accommodating. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and provided recommendations. She was super friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to buy or judged on my budget. She helped me with making sure I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I was comfortable spending. It was overall a pleasure doing business with her.
