I purchased 2019 RX350 a year ago with Claudia at Lexus of Calgary. She showed me a great expression and professionalisms. So I was able to compare BMW SUV with sufficient time without any push from Lexus and ended up buying RX350. I stopped by Lexus yesterday for recall services. Had gone to this location to purchase a vehicle, granted got there on Friday afternoon and staff was pretty dismissive and refused to provide service or take a test drive citing that they are busy. Eventually ended up buying a BMW. I like Lexus as a brand and assume its a reliable brand, just wish the staff weren't that arrogant and more attentive to potential buyers. This was a while ago so no COVID situation was there. Edit based on the response below: appreciate you acknowledging the feedback and taking it in a positive light, for sure I'll check your location out next time I am making a change in vehicle

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned RX350 from Lexus of Calgary, and Claudia P was so helpful and accommodating. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and provided recommendations. She was super friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to buy or judged on my budget. She helped me with making sure I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I was comfortable spending. It was overall a pleasure doing business with her. When I picked up my vehicle, Claudia came in on her day off to ensure that I was comfortable with the car and that everything worked out smoothly. I would recommend her and Lexus of Calgary to all my peers.
