I have bought new vehicles every couple years for the last 20+ years, but this was the first time I have bought from Tower Chrysler. The main reason I went there was for the price they offered me on my trade. When I pulled into the lot Chris Isaak came out side and was very friendly. We went over the type of vehicle I was looking for. Chris went and found the one I purchased. I added several items to the truck so it wasn’t going to be ready for a few days. Tower gave me a truck to take home till mine was ready. They then brought it half way to me to save me some time. If and when we decide to upgrade our other vehicles I will definitely give Chris a call and see what he can do. Time will tell is the service department is as good as the sales but we will find that out as well.

Joel Ayotte was my sales rep here and he is AMAZING!!! I told him the type of car I wanted, colour, mileage, year, etc and he found me the EXACT car I was looking for in just a couple of days! Not to mention it was a rare automatic, he found the exact car and made it happen at my exact budget. I had absolutely no worries during the process and he is incredibly trustworthy! Anyone looking for any type of vehicle needs to go see Joel because he won’t stop until you have the exact vehicle you’re looking for. I can’t express enough how awesome he was to deal with and how highly I recommend him!!!!

Being in the service industry I tend to have a little higher standards then I probably should knowing all to well what people in that industry go through on a daily basis. So I just want to say thank you to tower and especially Justin who absolutely went above and beyond to help me and my family get into a new ride. He stayed late, and with a smile helped us at every turn. I truly appreciate your dedication Justin and can’t thank you enough. You made what I expected to be a mundane experience so easy and painless even though my race car is gone! So to anyone reading this if you want a new ride, go see the guys at Tower and ask for Justin, you won’t regret it!!!!!

Chris found the right vehicle for me. He was very helpful, patient and listened to what I wanted. He came through like a champ! The rest of the team was extremely friendly and helpful to make the deal go smoothly. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them and I just might in 5 more unless I just can’t part with this new truck Chris put me in!
