I would like to take the time to say thank you to Ken and Monique for making my experience magical and getting me in a new 2020 rav4 hybrid. Eventhough I had to wait a little. It arrived sooner than i expected. I am very pleased to say that these two wonderful human beings made my life easier. Thank you for ur hard work and ur hospitality. I will definitely be dealing with Heninger Toyota when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.

Usually dont like to complaint but wanted to share my experience.Bought Toyota Camry on 10th Aug Osman was very helpful.But when i called to my insurance company to get this car insured they said my VIN number is wrong i was surprised i told them thats the VIN number i have on my bill of sale.i called them and they were like thats not possible.i said thats what my insurance company is saying then i told my insurance company to call them directly and please let them know about this.That was the time when they realized they did mistake on their end. i was still fine with that i told them things happen no problem.After that i requested them just to make sure can i look the car one more time just to make sure which car i looked, it has the same VIN number by that time Osman went on vacation.They told me to contact Justin i talked with Justin he said somebody from team will call me,nobody called second day i called again left voicemail for Justin he never replied.Then finally i went to the store i took my new bill of sale with correct VIN number and i again requested to BIll he was the guy who does all paperwork.He introduce me with Brandon and said he will help me out.Brandon was busy at that time he said he will call me later.I waited for his call he never called finally i called he said he will get back to me next day,which he never did for 3 days in a row he didnt called or replied to me.and last thing i should mention my windshield has some Rock chip they told me they had confirmed the price of new windshield and they will replace it for me but i still have to pay $105 plus taxes i still agreed for that after 1 week they said they cant do it because new windshield is costing more.I was again surprised i was like you guys called me confirmed everything and i agreed i will par 105,how come now you guys saying the price changed they said we dont control the rates or the company who does this,i said i agree but you confirmed this .At last they gave me $100 gas card.I work in customer service too this was never ending VERY VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Sorry to say this

Anyone needing a hassle free, professional car dealership, really needs to seek out with Ma’am Cynthia. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, buying process is easy, and left with a great deal with new (used) car. Highly recommended because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles. Very pleased with the service we received recently at Heninger Toyota. Monique was excellent; very personable, prompt and honest and we didn't experience any of the stereotypical pressure of buying a new car. She made me laugh on several occasions and I appreciated the genuine interactions. We have an overall positive feeling associated with our purchase now thanks to her.
