We rarely have to attend the dealership. The vehicle runs great and needs little other than maintenance. On the several occasions we have been there we were treated exceptionally well. I have spoken with staff of the service team, parts, and sales. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and had the answers to my questions. Well trained and cohesive staff. This level of service delivery makes you question why others cannot provide customer satisfaction to at least one half of that at Carter Cadillac. Special shout out to the service department who always seems to give us that little extra care and leaves us with confidence in their products.

THE best dealership in Calgary for customer service. Everyone is super helpful. Unlike most dealerships, they don't trick/force you into buying a car just to meet their sales targets. They let you take your time to think about what's best for you, which I think is refreshing and makes the car shopping ordeal so much less stressful! I would highly recommend this location over all other Cadillac locations in Calgary! Will be recommending this location to anybody looking to buy a Cadillac! Caitlyn, Chelsea, and Doug were just great, and made my car shopping experience just amazing!

I went into Carter Cadillac yesterday to deliver a part. Michelle at the front greeted me like I was the most important person there ever was. I informed her that I was only going to the parts department and she told me no problem I will take you right there. I have been in many dealerships but the level of her professionalism is way beyond anything I have ever experienced from any others. It was a pleasure going in there if just to deliver a part. After coming from GSL, we had a fantastic experience at Carter Cadillac and owe it to Chelsey Carter in sales for being exceptional in her role. Very personalized touch, and genuinely cares for her customers. We took delivery of our new vehicle yesterday, and she made the process smooth & transparent. The little touches were greatly appreciated including even giving our 5 y/o the Cadillac mug he was drinking hot chocolate out of. First impressions matter- and kudos to their warm and welcoming receptionist who greeted us by name when we arrived. We will 100% be returning to Carter, and recommending them to anyone we know in search of a new Caddy. Nice work guys!

What can I say, 5 star service! I had the pleasure of dealing with Katelyn, she is very professional, excellent customer service skills. You can tell she’s been doing this for awhile, she’s a pro, very efficient. Carter Cadillac’s warranty is unparalleled, any concerns I have are immediately taken care of. I appreciate being given a loaner while my vehicle is having maintenance work done. Katelyn will call me that afternoon to give me an update on my vehicle. Would refer to Carter Cadillac with no hesitation, their facility is beautiful and everyone I've dealt with is courteous and knowledgeable.
