Great Great customer service... I would like to share my experience at this dealership when I was in a hunt for my first new car. I was helped by "Verna" and she was very excellent at everything, she had a great knowledge of all the features, she was very calm, polite and helpful in terms of everything, I felt like I was helped by my friend because she was very friendly. She helped me choose the right vehicle also educated me what are the features of the cars and how they work. Overall I would give 10/10 in all the criteria of Customer service. Also overall dealership is completely professional, really good environment, you feels like they are here to help you select your right vehicle. I will definitely buy my next car from here and I highly recommend Kramer Mazda if you are looking to get a used or new car. Special Thanks to Verna for all your help.

I was looking for an Acura, came home with an Audi!! I had a Amazing and i do mean AMAZING finance manager helping me find the perfect car for myself! Susan Yip is great!!! She is exceptionally knowledgeable and very very friendly! Vehicle was exactly as described, no hard sell, no pushy tactics, it was a fantastic experience overall. I spent less than a half hour total in and out, Susan took care of everything like a pro (K)

I bought another Mazda off the used lot at non Mazda dealership. It was the combo I wanted red exterior with white leather interior. I drove my last Mazda for 12 years and knew I wanted another one. Kramer Mazda was my go to dealership for that car. Yesterday I stopped by Kramer Mazda to check out their winter tire deals (yes they are better than many other dealerships for pricing). Once I got my quote I wandered over to the service department to see if someone could show me some of the details on my newer Mazda, I hadn't figured out yet. They were busy due to the recent snow and everyone wanting their winter tires put on but Anna got up from her desk and found me someone to walk through my new Mazda with me. She even waited to ensure they came and greeted me. Then Bradley came to my car sat inside and went through ALL the settings with me. Some were new to me some were not. Thanks guys. I know I did not buy the car there. But thank you for continuing to be my dealership of choice.

Rating change: After speaking with the General Manager, Dennis, I was able to have my concerns heard and he worked with me to come up with a resolution. I appreciate the efforts and now feel more comfortable dealing with them in the future. Resolved issue: I'm not really sure where to start. My experience was incredibly disappointing and I regret buying a vehicle from them. I bought my 2019 CX-5 at the end of June 2020 and prior to purchase I had indicated that I was concerned about the tires, they reassured me with their "Smart Choice Program", that I didn't need to worry. I now need to replace my tires 3.5 months after purchase and they have been awful to deal with. When I first brought my concern in, no one in the service department even knew what the "Smart Choice Program" was - in preparation for that I brought in all my paperwork. I was told I'd get a call back... 2 days later, nothing. I called, only to be passed off and then told to come in again. I spoke with a member of their team and expressed my concerns, only to be told to buy winter tires (I get it, but not the point). After an exchange of a couple emails I requested my concerns be sent to the General Manager. Nothing. 2 weeks of being persistent, and 2 weeks of being dismissed repeatedly.

We had a great car purchasing experience at Kramer Mazda this fall. Verna C. helped us with all of our questions and test drives. She was a helpful point of contact with all of the Kramer team. On 2 occasions we dropped in to ask questions and Verna came to greet us right away and she found us answers or a team member to help us when she was serving another customer. Thanks!
