Aldergrove Credit Union - Otter Community Branch

Have been going to this branch for almost 40 years and have almost always had a positive experience. Very personal and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Much better service than the big banks provide.

Very outdated. The hours of operation are more 1970s than 21st century. They dont support Google pay or apple pay, havent instituted Visa debit even though every other credit union and bank in the area has. They need to get with the times. The app is a joke. Wont clear cheques deposited through the app for 5 business days. I've been a customer for 5 years and they still attempt to hold my cheques. Very dissatisfied with the level of service and the lack of tech support. Will be closing my account in the near future as I find my financial needs are not being met
